All images that are produced for the Client in which paid for the services may be used for marketing materials, promotions, and sharing on Social Media platforms. The images may also be used by the company in which the client works for but ownership of the images remain to the Photographer. 

Any usage of the images by any third party is prohibited unless written approval has been given from the Photographer for such usage and a licensing fee has been collected from said party. 

You may not reproduce, sell, give, or use for any other reasonings than stated above without an additional licensing agreement from the Photographer.
